Here we go: the all-new gettex-risk-indices

The gettex-risk-indices measure the market sentiment and investors' risk behavior. The indices provide information on whether investors are prepared to take higher risks (“risk on”) or tend to act more cautiously and seek for safety (“risk off”). The gettex-risk-indices are based on data from the flow in certificates, warrants and equity.

Versions of gettex-risk-indices

The gettex-risk-rindex consist of 4 indices that can be followed in real time on our homepage www.gettex.de. The indices come as short-term and long-term versions and for the regions Europe and North America.

Short term index

The short term version is based exclusively on gettex stocks and certificate trading data and is calculated every 3 minutes. The trading data is taken into account by the number of trades and the turnover.

Long term index

In addition to our stock and certificate trading data, the long term version also takes other components into account. These are based on a momentum and volatility analysis. This version is recalculated and updated every 60 minutes.
